What is Nourish November?
Nourish November is all about choosing foods that support your health, energy, and vitality. This month, we encourage you to:
Prioritize whole foods: fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats
Cut out the junk: say goodbye to preservatives, chemicals, added sugar, and processed foods
Hydrate: water is your best friend for energy, recovery, and overall wellness

The Cold Turkey Challenge: No Junk, Just Nourishment
From November 1st until Thanksgiving Day, we’re challenging every Iron Lotus member (and anyone in our community) to go “cold turkey” on the foods and drinks that drag you down. That means:
No junk food
No preservatives or artificial chemicals
No added sugars
No alcohol
No processed snacks
It’s a bold move—but you’ll be amazed at how much better you feel when you fuel your body with real, nourishing foods.
How to Join the Cold Turkey Challenge
Commit: Decide that you’re in—no half-measures, no “cheat days.”
Clean out your pantry: Remove temptation by getting rid of junk food and processed snacks.
Stock up on the good stuff: Fill your kitchen with fresh produce, lean proteins, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.
Share your journey: Post your meals, tips, and progress on Facebook or Instagram with #ironlotusgym and #NourishNovember.
Lean on your tribe: Connect with fellow members in class or online for support, recipes, and encouragement.
